They did an amazing job ! From figuring out if the furnace could be fixed or not and what the best options were as well as financing or rebates . I moved into the house a year ago wanted to wait to replace but things always happen when they do ! They lent me a few space heaters for the night and cleaned up after themselves !Great service

I love these guys! We’ve worked with them for our business for 3+ years. We have a roof top unit so the heat has gone out a couple times from storms. They are always available so quickly to get the problem resolved! The owner Jake was really great to work with during both of our build outs!

My heat went out (bad control panel) a couple weeks ago when we had an ice storm. A tech came out within hours of me contacting my warranty company and was able to help me have a temporary fix to get by until a new control panel could be ordered. They came out today and installed it. Not only did they fix the problem, they gave me a short-term solution so I had heat in the meanwhile. Great service!
The guys were polite and everything was cleaned up at the end. They kept us informed as they progressed.We will use them again for future work.Corbin also did a great job.
Jordan has had to come out twice now to fix our furnace. Both times he has been very kind and explained the issue (a part malfunction) while fixing it quickly. Highly recommend!

So glad that Modern added plumbing to their business. We had the pleasure of using their business through American Home Shield at the beginning of the year. In short, we ended up receiving a new furnace. Since they were going to be here doing that, we received a decent discount on a new central air unit. They also informed us that they were now doing plumbing. Perfect timing as we were having work done on our bathroom and needed assistance from a plumber. Along came the very sweet Mr Lake. While here, he gave us some reasonable estimates for whole home water filters & softeners. Given the notice we received from the city in reference to lead in our exterior water line, we went ahead and had the filter installed. He was in and out within an hour and a half!

Both our furnace and AC were running. Mostly AC and it was freezing in the house. Could not figure out what was going on. Jackson determined our thermostat was broken. He replaced it and the heat is on and now I am looking forward to Thanksgiving tomorrow!!! Thanks Jackson!!! He explained all to me and showed me how to work the thermostat!!! Yay!!! I shopped around for HVAC replacement and ended up with Modern Heating & Air due to no negative reviews. Researched Daikin and I am happy with the product so far-just installed today. Daikin also carries the longest warranty. I believe that says something about long term reliability. All employees from start to finish were professional, friendly and on time. Never any pressure on the sale and very competitive on pricing also.
Max was on time, put on protection boots, went to work checking functions and settings – everything that should be a part of a quality review. He replaced a blower motor that was making a vibrating sound. He was friendly, polite and knowledgable. If he visits your home or business – know that the work will be top notch!

We’ve had modern mechanical maintain our units for years, so when it came time to replace the builder grade furnace/ac, it was natural to have them install our new units. They were very fair on the price and very efficient and timely replacing it. The staff is always friendly and return my questions in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitant to refer them to others
In April of this year, we had our complete HVAC system replaced by Modern Heating and Air. Jordan , Corbin, and the crew that installed the new system were awesome. They had our new system installed in under a day, and it was done so well, I have to say I was impressed! Today was the 6 month check up, and our system is running perfectly. I highly recommend Modern Heating and Air. These guys are top-notch!
