My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service and professionalism displayed by Josh and the other technician in our home. The service was highly satisfactory, ensuring that we will remain lifelong customers. Given that we had to replace our furnace and water heater, I was uncertain about what to expect. Professional, respectful and so helpful. Installed my new furnace, came back and ran cold air returns and an additional heat run to our basement which we were finishing and when my husband had a medical emergency, they helped me and I am so grateful they were here when it happened. Jordan from Modern Heating and Air may be the best tech I’ve encountered. He was extremely thorough and walked me through everything he was checking.
